1. Pure zinc coating

Excellent steel mills can produce uniform and beautiful spangles for direct bare use of home appliances, but aluminum-zinc coatings also have some disadvantages.
The welding performance of Al-Zn coated steel plate is not as good as that of pure zinc, especially when using resistance welding, the molten coating metal will stick to the electrode tip. Because the hardness of the metal bonded after melting is relatively high, the removal efficiency of ordinary grinding tools is very low, which will lead to the scrapping of the electrode tip, so the welding process should be minimized in use.

3. Zinc-aluminum-magnesium coating
The zinc-aluminum-magnesium-coated steel plate was originally developed to replace some of the use scenarios of stainless steel. Although stainless steel has good corrosion resistance, the cost is too high; and other galvanized steel plates are not as good as stainless steel in surface corrosion resistance, but more importantly, for The protection of the fractured section or coating is poor.
